Roger
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering scenic views. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location was great, in a quiet and relaxing area, but close enough to the town centre and other attractions. I particularly enjoyed the homemade food served at the restaurant, which was both delicious and affordable.
I would have preferred more modern amenities in the rooms, such as a larger TV or faster Wi-Fi. The decor was a bit outdated, and the hotel lacked some of the high-end features that more luxurious hotels offer.

Rooms are very clean.
No parking space available in the evening. No reception desk or hotel staff in the evening, hotel close doors in 11pm, so guest needs to unlock main door key and find his room.Breakfast poor. Location is almost 50 minutes from Cinque Terre.

Character hotel and good location
Got into room and 2 lights not working only 1 repaired.Had reqested a quiet room only to find ourselves next to a very noisy road even though the hotel appeared to be largely empty so other more quiet rooms must have been available.We also requested extra pillows but only received them at the second time of asking.We felt that overall the staff had an air of complete indifference.Good location but would find another hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel up in the hills. The hotel facilities were basic but clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the delicious meals cooked with local produce, and the breakfast was simple but satisfying. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home in this peaceful location.
Couldn't stay longer.

Clean room, nice staff, good food, perfect stay. Furniture style might be a bit outdated but this is anyhow not something I value in hotels. I definitely would book it again. Approx. 45 minutes to drive to Cinque Terre.

Quiet location in pretty village within easy distance of the coast if you want the hustle and bustle. Beautiful scenery all around.
The only downside was the thinness of the walls in the newer part of the hotel. We could hear full conversations/snoring etc etc.

Located in an idyllic town far from the touristic hubbub, this hotel offers a peaceful escape. Rooms are modest yet clean and comfortable, some boasting a beautiful balcony. Staff is helpful, albeit a bit reserved, and service is efficient. Guests can enjoy delicious home-style cooking that won't break the bank, plus a big pot of great coffee at breakfast. It is a great value for money, perfect for winding down after some active days exploring the region.
The hotel may not appeal to those seeking an ultra-modern or fancy experience.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for meals and drinks. The staff are very friendly and the service is efficient, although they can be a little shy. The location in the remote hills away from touristland provides a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The rooms are basic but clean, and some even have balconies. The breakfast consists of a big pot of great coffee and offers a good start to the day.
No mention of any aspect that could be improved.

The hotel is in a historic town located in the Italian hillside, far from the busy and touristy areas. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The meals were home cooked, and the ingredients were locally sourced. the hotel's gorgeous dining room added a touch of elegance to the traditional Italian style.
There were no sockets in the rooms to charge our electronic devices, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel's setting and decor would suit those who prefer a simpler and quieter lifestyle;
